We are looking for an inspirational teacher to join our expanding, experienced, and skilled team starting September 2025. Watergate is an outstanding primary special school for children with a range of severe and complex learning difficulties, many of whom also have autism. We are at an exciting stage of our development, with expansion on the horizon and a holistic, child-centred, curriculum in place.

Midday Meals Supervisor

The school is looking to recruit flexible and enthusiastic Midday Meals Supervisors who have the ability and aptitude to work with children with a very wide range of learning needs. 

The role involves supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing over the lunch and playtime period, including personal care routines. You should be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills, an understanding of the education of children with severe learning difficulties.  You need to be an effective team member.
